Contract-to-Hire — Your Questions

How long is the trial period?

Standard is 3 to 6 months. Longer periods (up to 12 months) are possible for senior roles. The length is agreed up-front as part of the C2H contract.

What happens if we decide not to convert?

The contract simply ends at the agreed duration — no permanent commitment, no separation cost, no drama. The professional is released back to the market with our support.

What's the conversion fee?

A pre-agreed percentage of the candidate's first-year CTC, typically lower than our standard permanent placement fee — since you've already paid contract fees during the trial.

Can we extend the trial period?

Yes. If you want more time to evaluate, we can extend the contract in 3-month increments by mutual agreement with the candidate.

Are candidates open to C2H arrangements?

Increasingly yes — especially candidates looking to evaluate the employer. We transparently set expectations during sourcing so only genuinely interested candidates proceed.
