• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and email/SMS confirmation.

4. Delivery Policy

• We deliver within designated serviceable areas.
• Estimated delivery times may vary due to conditions beyond our control.
• Customer must be present to receive the order. Missed deliveries may not be refunded.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. See our Cancellation Policy.

Refunds are handled as per our Refund Policy.

No refunds after successful delivery unless product is defective or incorrect.

6. Payment Terms

• We accept payments via Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards.
• Payments are processed securely; we do not store payment data.

7. Allergens & Health Disclaimer

Our products may contain shellfish and other allergens. Please check with us for dietary concerns. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or health issues resulting from consumption.
