We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment,from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
1.Recruiters are responsible to meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates.This entitles sourcing and screening candidates,coordinating the interview process and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
2.Design and update job descriptions
3.Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Linkedin and Other Job Portals)
4.Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates Screen incoming resumes and application forms
5.Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
6.Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
7.Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
8.Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
9.Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
10.Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
