Company is searching for an experienced Analyst who will be responsible for the day to day operations and compliance and in addition can review business processes and make a variety of recommendations for improving efficiency and service. They will also be responsible for compliance transaction monitoring and KYC checks.
Top objectives, responsibilities and tasks
• Manage day to day operations to make sure SLA’s defined by senior management are met
• Manage weekly and monthly reconciliation processes while working closely with finance team
• Deal with escalated customer issues through solution driven thinking
• Suggest and implement improvements to processes aimed at improving SLA’s
• Manage and build weekly dashboards and reports for senior management
• Run ad hoc reports and analysis for senior management
• Perform compliance monitoring activities
• Managing and performing monitoring activities of regulatory requirements.
• Communicating results of activities to the business unit stakeholders.
• Updating and performing the compliance risk assessments
• To continually identify areas of emerging risk ensuring that these are incorporated into the compliance.
