Job Description

Drive revenue and lower churn by supporting the execution of customer development plan.

 Manage campaign calendar making sure all stakeholders are aligned and on schedule.

 Raise and manage campaign data briefs, design briefs, communication updates and hierarchy.

 Draft campaign copy (e-mail, SMS, landing pages and Web)

 Manage the e-mail activity with the e-mail marketing agency: brief, test, sign off, deliver, report e-mail activity with e-mail

marketing agency.

 Manage campaign documentation and updates.

 Liaise with customer service to ensure ongoing campaign alignment and capture feedback.

 Report campaign performance and propose improvements and tests.

Key Skills Qualification:  Graduate or equivalent: relevant first Degree or equivalent plus marketing professional certificate or diploma preferred.
