Job Description

Manage day-to- day operation of the Affiliate Tracking Platform including, performance review, creative

optimization and uploads, reporting and tracking

 Develop the Affiliate channel and team for the brands through new Affiliate partners.

 Plan and execute affiliate marketing strategies to meet targets.

 Communicate with affiliates on a regular basis.

 Optimize affiliate commercials through reward plan adjustments and brand exposure.

 Liaise with the Product and Ops teams in order to communicate the USPs of the company products and

promotional roadmaps.

 Liaise with internal departments and external agents (where appropriate) to source the required copy,

creative and development work for the affiliate program.

 Manage performance of creative, landing pages and product advertorials and reviews in the platform.

 Deliver daily / weekly / monthly management KPI/performance reporting to line manager and business


 Carry out regular market research and competitive analysis to develop innovative affiliate strategies.

 Attend affiliate conferences and other events/meetings as required.

 Liaise with the Finance department in managing affiliate invoicing and payment process.

 Occasional/Quarterly attendance at meetings in the UK which may involve overnight stays.

 Have a challenger mentality and an entrepreneurial outlook.

Key Skills  3-5 years experience as an affiliate manager working for a B2C brands.  Have experience building successful commercial partnerships. 
