• Build, maintain and develop a team of Assistant Regional Managers and Wealth Managers for achieving business/ individual goals
• Facilitates in identification of new branches
• Direct the team of Assistant Regional Managers in implementing the business plans
• Ensure that the team adheres to the established processes
• Ensure product & portfolio diversification and quality across activities
• Responsible for addressing all operational management issues and proactively take remedial measures
• Meeting and establishing professional relationship with block level leaders and local opinion leaders in each village .
• Ensure customer centric service is offered by the team thereby achieving high customer satisfaction

Desired Profile:
• MBA with 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Must have handled a team of 50-75 associates
• Knowledge of Tamil (read, write & speak) must
• Exposure to finance/ rural finance (preferred)
• Willingness to travel as the position involves intensive local travel in the villages.
• Must be from the villages of Thanjavur/ Thiruvarur (or should have atleast completed schooling & graduation)
