Guest Relation Executive

Designation: Jr.Guest Relations Executive
Department: Operations
Reporting To: Duty Manager
Job Description:
1. To open all the vending machines & switch on the popcorn warmers.
2. To collect the stock list from stores and take the opening stock
3. To have the count of old stock in the concession
4. To start the opening sales in show beginning time
5. To punch the tickets and guide the audience (ushering)
6. To clean the popcorn machines everyday using Cretors Inside and Outside Kettle Cleaner.
7. To check all the machines are in working condition and to check yield every day (popcorn / Pepsi / vending machines)
8. To check Coke machine everyday (CO2 / water / syrup)
9. To make sure all cabinets are at the right temperature.
10. To do all the mis-en-place work in concession.
11. To assist the GRE’s in delivering the snacks to the customers during the interval time.
12. To check the closing balance stock.
13. To follow the FIFO system in sales
14. To collect the puffs and pastry before interval time (restocking) whenever needed.
15. Cleaning all the machines during night time
16. To anticipate stock out and sales, and order well in advance
17. Ensure good guest services and relations.
18. Ensure no pilferage of cash or inventory at concession counter.
19. Proper display of food/pastry to be ensured and required temperature of all display cabinet to be ensured at all times.
20. Ensure quick transaction speed at the Concession during the purchase periods
21. Dust and clean cupboards and drawers, including as necessary. Dust and polish all bench tops and glass surfaces and floors as necessary.
22. Complete Wastage Log as required – Place Product in wastage bin for sign off by Duty Manager.
23. Ensure that all equipment is cleaned effectively using the correct cleaning chemicals
24. All cupboards to be vacuumed and mopped clean
25. All machines on the back bench to be moved and bench to be wiped spotlessly clean.
26. Counter, POS areas and all bench tops wiped down and left spotlessly clean.
27. All cupboard and drawer fronts wiped down and left spotlessly clean.
28. All straw dispensers, spoon dispensers, plastic plates, napkin dispensers, cup dispensers and lid bins refilled.
29. Display cabinets re-stocked with packaged confectionery and snacks. Products Merchandised and faced effectively.
30. Popper and warmers wiped down, glass polished, all surfaces spotlessly clean.
31. Floors swept, mopped and spotlessly clean.
32. To collect 3 D glasses from customers during movie exit and clean the glasses.
